Dead Head Farms History

Find out where our farm came from

From the Beginning...

Some history of what is now Dead Head Farms: In 1877 A Native American Tribe was displaced from North America and painstakingly moved to what was known as Indian Territory. It was a brutal year for the tribe but life improved once the transplant had healed. The grounds in which they were allotted were very fertile and wildlife was abundant. Rivers \and streams flowed year round giving life to all surroundings. Skies were blue with an occasional storm that could unleash hell but when over, rainbows basked the plains giving credence to their god.

Many years later the tribe had endured the metamorphous induced by the white man. This is not to blame the white man but understand that life is a continual change which is influenced by the nature of one’s environment. Many tribe members sold their allotments to young entrepenures that wanted to take the fertile lands and build a life for their families. The farm pictured below is the result of a young man working hard with his family to achieve a goal established years ago. We now introduce you to Brownie the dog who will be the farm mascot that lived to tell the tales of what happened to the beautiful farm he was once living on. Yes, Brownie continues to live on this farm but as a victim of what remains after a time delayed curse had been released.
